The Triplicity

ingredients:

2 oz Rosé wine

1 oz Amaro Montenegro

½ oz 151 proof rum

6” rosemary sprig

instructions:

Place rosemary in a rocks glass and add 151 rum. Ignite and roast the rosemary for about 8 seconds then smother. Add Amaro Montenegro, rosé and ice then stir to chill. Top with more ice if needed.
